I love building and maintaining connections with others. I am hoping the work I do professionally lends itself to that. In my personal life it's all about connections as well. Mindfulness matters in all of this. It is not always easy, but it's always worth it. Helping children and families find their inner strength and reach their potential. I recently blogged for Free Spirit Publishing (love them!) for a year and have rediscovered my passion for writing and am working to explore this more. Publishing social emotional materials and resources will be a new goal for me...
